Harbor Shores Community Redevelopment is a nonprofit organization serving Benton Harbor, St. Joseph and the surrounding Southwest Michigan region.
We work alongside residents, local organizations and public partners to transform land and shared resources into places that bring people together, supporting how our community lives, works and connects.

Harbor Shores Community Redevelopment serves as a catalyst for community revitalization. We pursue the challenging, often unseen work of transforming underutilized resources into places that deliver long-term value for residents, attract investment and strengthen the region.
Our role spans community development through partnerships, economic transformation through new businesses and attractions, and physical transformation that people can see and experience.
