A top-performing real estate broker since 2010, Kerry has ranked in the top 1% of home sales among realtors in the Southwest Michigan Association of Realtors and holds both the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations — the latter held by fewer than 2% of licensed realtors nationwide. As a boutique brokerage owner focused on the region's second-home and luxury market, he brings hands-on expertise and personalized service to every transaction.

A Southwest Michigan resident for more than 25 years, Kerry's commitment to the community extends well beyond real estate. He has served on the St. Joseph Public Schools Board since 2016 and as Board President since 2025.
