Parcel 2, Phase 1

Parcel 2 represents the next chapter of Harbor Shores' riverfront vision. Phase 1 plans include marina access, new housing, recreational amenities and improved public connectivity along the St. Joseph River. The site plan was approved in August 2025, with development actively moving forward.

Role: Leading master planning and full infrastructure buildout
